I know that having unlimited reset stats and skills through Ymir's notebook is not a secret anymore. So to change things up, this article will guide you on how to use it efficiently by letting you know what it can and can not do.How To Slot Dogtooth Gloves Ragnarok Mobile Quest
For those who don't know, Ymir's notebook is an item acquired through purchasing 'Dimensional Fracture' adventurer skill in prontera. You'd need to be an Adventurer Class C to purchase it. For clarification, this item does not reset your stats and skills. Rather, it saves (or stores) your current setup - stats, skills, runes and equipment and lets you load it when you want to go back to that certain save point. Kind of like how you load the game before you face off the final boss. For the sake of it, here's a guide on how to do the adventurer rank quests:

To have unlimited stat and skill reset, you need to have at least one stat reset stone and one skill reset stick. They can be purchased from the old man in prontera for 500k ea (I think his store name is 'Event seller', near the GM on the patio southern part of prontera). But to get them for free, here's an online image (ctto) of a guide on how to get them:

If you have already received all of these free reset items, you can always create a new character and acquire them there. Take note that you can only use the shared storage when your character reaches base level 40.

Now before you go ahead and reset your stats and skills, take your current status into consideration - if you are comfortable in your current build, it is advisable that you save it. This is what I did when I got my hands on the notebook. This will give you some assurance that whatever build you play with on your character, you can go back to your preferred build anytime. If you will save it, DO NOT save it on the first slot - reserve this for the fresh reset.
Reset your stats and skills and then save your current 'clean' status. It is preferable that you save this on the first slot, to avoid confusion later. With this clean status, you can reset your build anytime but not anywhere. The notebook can only be used in towns and the guild hall.

Here are some of the notebook's capabilities and limitations:
1. The notebook initially has 3 save slots. You can purchase more slots - the 4th zenny costs 800k while the succeeding slots costs BCC.
1. The notebook initially has 3 save slots. You can purchase more slots - the 4th zenny costs 800k while the succeeding slots costs BCC.
2. The skill allocation in the skill slots are retained when you load a saved build
- very useful for those classes that have a lot of skills. Unlike when you reset your skills and learn them again - each skill automatically goes into the skill slots automatically.
- of course this is not true when you load a 'clean' save and learn the skills again - that's the aforementioned scenario.
3. Cards inlaid on equipment are not retained.
- scenario: In save#1 I had 2 green petite cards on my bow. In save 2, I put a lunatic card on my bow. When I loaded save #1, the lunatic card was kept in the bow.
4. Enchants are retained, regardless if you just removed it or changed it.
- I enchanted one of my gloves (it was clean before). then saved it. Then, I went to the furnace (beside Hollgrehen(?)) and disenchanted the gloves. After that, I loaded the previous save and unfortunately, the enchantment was not there.
5. If you are using your second character and decided to use the notebook and load your saved build, the game will switch over to the character you have loaded.
6. You can't use the notebook anywhere. You can only use it on towns or the guild hall. This covers saving, loading or deleting a saved build.
7. For stalkers, it does not revert the copied skill, in case you changed it after safely saving your preferred build.
- before saving, I had EDP on my plagiarism. After saving, I copied true sight. When I loaded my preferred build, true sight retained.

- in case you're a stalker and you don't know, the copied skill is retained even if you reset skills and leave plagiarism with 0 skill points.
